We match the van to each client's wheelchair, group and dates, and confirm it fits before we quote. Accommodation and transfers stay with you.

    The provider confirms the van in writing.

  3. You confirm

    30% now, the rest 14 days before pickup.

  4. Your client picks up

    At the airport or an agreed address.

Payment and cancellation

Payment

30% when we confirm the provider. The balance 14 days before pickup. If pickup is less than 14 days away, full payment on confirmation.

Cancellation

  • More than 14 days before pickup: the conditions are set out in your quote.
  • Between 14 days and 72 hours: the 30% deposit is kept.
  • Less than 72 hours or no show: no refund.

If the provider's terms are stricter, we tell you before you pay and those terms apply. If we or the provider cancel, you receive a full refund.

Insurance and deposit details are included in every quote.

Questions
Do you own the vans?
No. We work with local hire companies and arrange the van that suits your client.
Who drives?
Your client or someone in their group. We arrange self drive hire only.
Who signs the rental agreement?
The driver signs with the hire company at pickup, as with any car hire.
What does the driver need?
A valid driving licence, an ID or passport and a card for the deposit. We confirm each provider's exact requirements in the quote.
What if something goes wrong during the hire?
Breakdown cover is arranged through the hire company. We confirm the details in the quote and give your client the contact before pickup.
Can you handle special requests?
Yes, for the van: size, seats, pickup point or long stays.
Net rate or commission?
We work with net rates: one price with everything included, and you set your selling price. If your agency only works on commission, tell us and we quote it that way.
Can you quote in other currencies?
We quote in euros, with taxes included.

Have a client travelling to Spain?

Send the dates and wheelchair details. We reply with a net price and any advantages that apply.

Width, length and seated height, if you have them. We can ask later.

Airport delivery needed (optional)

We reply within one working day. Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 Spanish time.
